230010 Evaluation konversationaler Agenten (S) (SoSe 2024)

In diesem Seminar schauen wir uns Methoden an, die für die Evaluation der Interaktion mit konversationalen Agenten (z.B. Sprachassistenten wie Alexa oder Roboter) verwendet werden. Um zu schauen in welchen Bereichen verschiedene Evaluationen durchgeführt werden, schauen wir uns aktuelle Forschungspapiere an die sich mit den Erwartungen von NutzerInnen von Robotern beschäftigen.
In der Mensch-Maschine-Interaktion ist die Erwartungshaltung von NutzerInnen aus verschiedenen Gründen relevant, beispielsweise zur Verbesserung der Kommunikation zwischen Mensch und Maschine wie auch anschließend zur besseren Evaluation der Interaktion dieser.
Somit sollen anfangs Methoden zur Abfrage der Erwartungen an Mensch-Maschine-Interaktion für verschiedene Agenten besprochen werden. Anschließend beschäftigen wir uns mit Methoden der Evaluation der Interaktion mit konversationalen Agenten.
