291109 Wirtschaftsverfassungs- und -verwaltungsrecht II (V) (WiSe 2019/2020)

In Ergänzung der Vorlesung „Wirtschaftsverfassungs- und –verwaltungsrecht I“ des Vorsemesters - deren Besuch von Nutzen, aber nicht Voraussetzung ist - behandelt die Vorlesung wichtige Einzelmaterien des öffentlichen Wirtschaftsrechts. Dazu zählen klassische Gebiete des Besonderen Wirtschaftsverwaltungsrechts wie das Gewerbe-, Gaststätten- und Handwerksrecht, aber auch aktuelle Rechtsgebiete wie das Telekommunikations- und Energiewirtschaftsrecht.
Die Vorlesung gehört zum Kernbereich des Schwerpunktbereichs 4 (Öffentliches Wirtschaftsrecht in der EU) und dient insbesondere der Vermittlung von Kenntnissen, die in der Schwerpunktbereichsprüfung gefordert sind.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, im Anschluss an die Vorlesung eine Schwerpunktbereichs-Hausarbeit zu schreiben.
