Das Thema „richtig Führen“ gewinnt immer größere Bedeutung in Unternehmen und Organisationen. Doch was bedeutet es überhaupt „richtig zu führen“? Und wie können sich theoretische Konzepte zu Führung auf die Praxis übertragen lassen? Diese und ähnliche Fragen sollen im Seminar angestoßen werden. Daher werden im Seminar zum einen ausgewählte Führungstheorien wie die Konzepte der transformationalen Führung genauer betrachtet. Zum anderen sollen diese Führungstheorien hinsichtlich ihrer praktischen Umsetzung beleuchtet werden.

Diese Veranstaltung ist dem Modul 27-AF-AO2 Aufbaumodul zum Anwendungsfach III - Organisations- und Angewandte Sozialpsychologie des BSc-Studiengangs Psychologie zugeordnet. Für diese Veranstaltung ist eine verbindliche Anmeldung erforderlich, indem Sie bitte diese Veranstaltung in Ihren Stundenplan im eKVV aufnehmen.
Für die Seminare im Modul 27-AF-AO2 wird es eine gemeinsame Platzvergabe geben. Sie werden Anfang April über das Vorgehen per Mail informiert.

Zum Erwerb von 4 Leistungspunkten ist die regelmäßige aktive Teilnahme an den wöchentlichen Seminarsitzungen maßgeblich. Zudem wird zur Erbringung der SL in Kleingruppen eine Sitzung gestaltet. In diesem Seminar findet ein großer Teil der Lernaktivitäten im Seminarraum statt, beispielsweise in Form von Gruppenarbeiten und Fallstudien. Daher ist für die Erbringung der Studienleistung die regelmäßige Anwesenheit bei den Seminarterminen unabdinglich.
