Im Mittelpunkt des Seminars steht die Auseinandersetzung mit Leistungsbewertung in der Schule - sowohl theoretisch, als auch auf Basis eigener Erfahrungen. Ziel ist es, sich den mit der Leistungsbewertung verbundenen Anforderungen im Lehrerberuf bewusst zu werden und diese im Kontext der Institution Schule kritisch betrachten und reflektieren zu können. U. a. werden Bezugsnormen, Beurteilungsfehler sowie die Frage der Chancengleichheit in heterogenen Lerngruppen thematisiert und alternative Formen der Leistungsbewertung vorgestellt.

Die Studienleistung wird seminarbegleitend in Form einer alternativen Möglichkeit der Leistungserbringung erstellt und in Kleingruppen gefeedbackt. Mögliche Arten der Leistungserbringung werden in den ersten Seminarsitzungen vorgestellt. Spätester Abgabetermin für die Studienleistung ist der 18.07.2017. Darauf folgt ein Austausch über die individuellen Erfahrungen in einer Präsenzsitzung am 25.07.2017.
