Die Zuwanderung von Geflüchteten und der Umgang mit Migration, das gemeinsame Lernen von Kindern und Jugendlichen mit und ohne sonderpädagogischem Förderbedarf oder das Unterrichten von Kindern und Jugendlichen unterschiedlicher Geschlechterzugehörigkeit sind zentrale und aktuelle Themen von hoher gesellschaftlicher Relevanz. In diesem Kontext werden „dem Sport“ und dem Sportunterricht genuine Potenziale zugedacht. Die Erwartung, dass gerade hier inklusive Prozesse gut bewerkstelligt werden können, stellt vielversprechende, aber auch komplexe Fragen, z. B. hinsichtlich partizipativer Organisationsformen und vernünftiger Wirkungserwartungen in den verschiedenen Feldern der Bewegungskultur.
Je nach Entwicklung der Pandemie wird das Seminar in Präsenz oder via Zoom stattfinden. In jedem Fall werden intensive Textrezeptionen in Eigenregie erwartet. Die Texte werden im Lernraum digital bereitgestellt.
