In diesem vierstündigen Seminar lesen und diskutieren wir die umfassende (von Parsons bis zur 'gegenwärtigen Lage') und umfangreiche (700 Seiten) Darstellung zu zentralen Ansätzen im Bereich der soziologischen Theoriebildung von Hans Joas und Wolfgang Knöbl. Die insgesamt 20 Kapitel widmen sich beispielsweise dem Symbolischen Interaktionismus oder den Werken von Habermas, Luhmann und Bourdieu. Die Diskussion der Buchkapitel ergänzen wir bei Bedarf durch die Präsentation und Diskussion wichtiger Texte der jeweiligen Autoren. Insgesamt ist das Ziel des Lektürekurses, einen umfangreichen Überblick über die soziologische Theorielandschaft zu gewinnen.
Die Teilnahme an diesem vierstündigen Seminar setzt voraus, dass Sie Zeit und Lust haben, jede Woche 1-2 Kapitel (50-80 Seiten) des Buches zur Diskussion vorzubereiten. Die Veranstaltungen 300132 und 300133 (Teil 1 und 2) können nur zusammen besucht werden. Bitte nehmen Sie beide Veranstaltungen in Ihren Stundenplan auf.
Einige Exemplare des Buches sind in der Universitätsbibliothek verfügbar. Das Buch wird zur Anschaffung empfohlen.
