Jeder von uns wurde in seinem Leben bereits mit ernährungsrelevanten Fragestellungen konfrontiert. Auch in den Medien und der Werbung ist das Thema präsent. Wie nehme ich am besten ab? Ist vegane Ernährung für Kinder gesund? XY ist das neue Superfood. Andererseits wissen wir, dass sich viele Ernährungstipps der vergangenen Jahre als überzogen herausgestellt haben (Beispiele sind die Diskussionen um Butter und Eier).
Die Lernziele dieser Veranstaltung sind, dass Sie die Grundlagen der Sporternährung verstehen, ernährungsbezogene Studien lesen und beurteilen können. Des Weiteren sollen Sie die Ernährungssituation Anderer analysieren und anschließend Ernährungsstrategien, welche individuell angepasst wurden, vorschlagen können, um damit Andere bei der Erreichung ihrer ernährungsbezogenen Ziele zu unterstützen. Dies alles soll im Setting Sport stattfinden.

Requirements for participation, required level

Nur BA-Studiende des 1-Fach BA Sportwissenschaft Profil "Psychologie und Bewegung" werden für die "Individuelle Ergänzung" zugelasssen.
