Die Aristotelische Tugendethik war bis zur Neuzeit das dominante Ethikmodell, und die "Nikomachische Ethik" ist der bis dahin am häufigsten kommentierte Text zur Ethik. In der Schrift wird über den Bereich der Moral im engeren Sinne hinausgegangen und die umfassendere Frage nach dem guten Leben in den Mittelpunkt gestellt. Nicht zuletzt deshalb hat diese Ethikkonzeption in den letzten Jahrzehnten eine Renaissance gefeiert. Im Seminar soll geprüft werden, welche Einsichten uns Aristoteles´ Ansatz heute noch zu geben vermag.

Im Rahmen dieser Veranstaltung können maximal 15 Hausarbeiten geschrieben werden.
