"Es ist leichter, dass ein Kamel durch ein Nadelöhr gehe, als dass ein Reicher ins Reich Gottes komme" (Mk 10,25). Dieser berühmte Ausspruch Jesu ist nur einer von vielen Aussagen im Neuen Testament zu Reichtum und Armut.

Wie positionieren sich die neutestamentlichen AutorInnen zu Besitzverhältnissen innerhalb der Gesellschaft? Was wird unter "Reich" und "Arm" im Neuen Testament verstanden? Wie verhalten sich diese Ansichten zu denen der nicht-christlichen Umwelt? Solche und andere Fragen sollen in diesem Seminar behandelt werden.
