Ziele des Seminars sind eine Einführung in die Grundprinzipien der qualitativen Sozialforschung und eine vertiefende Auseinandersetzung mit dem Ansatz des narrativen Interviews als ein möglicher empirischer Forschungszugang. Um dies zu ermöglichen, beinhaltet der Seminarverlauf sowohl eine Einführung in die theoretischen Grundprinzipien der qualitativen Sozialforschung, als auch die Umsetzung von konkreten Verfahrensschritten. Auf diese Weise soll den Studierenden der Ansatz eines Erhebungs- und Analyseinstrumentes mit auf den Weg gegeben werden, der sie zu der selbständigen Durchführung empirischer Arbeiten ermutigt.
