Das Seminar führt in die zentralen Entwicklungslinien und theoretischen Grundlagen der Psychoanalyse ein. Auf bedeutende Vertreter der Psychoanalyse wie Donald Winnicott und Winfried Bion und deren wegweisende Beiträge zum Verständnis der kindlichen Entwicklung wird dabei vertiefend eingegangen. In Vorbereitung auf den Workshop „Einführung in psychoanalytische Grundkonzepte und Behandlungspraxis“ bildet die Lektüre der Texte des Psychoanalytikers Thomas Auchter einen weiteren Schwerpunkt des Seminars.
