Es mag zunächst überraschend sein, Beratung und Arbeit in einen Zusammenhang zu bringen. Doch je länger man darüber nachdenkt, desto deutlicher wird, dass Beratung in beruflichen und professionellen Kontexten stattfindet. Arbeit als menschliche Praxis ist ein wesentlicher Aspekt gesellschaftlicher Anerkennung und Teilhabe. Anhand verschiedener Texte werden wir diesen Phänomenen nachgehen.
Das Seminar soll durch (Kurz-)Referate, gemeinsame didaktische Gestaltung und Diskussionen lebendig werden.
