Der Sportunterricht gehört zu den Unterrichtsfächern, in denen der Arbeit mit Texten lange Zeit eine eher untergeordnete Bedeutung zugemessen wurde. Hieraus ergeben sich fachtypische Probleme für die Vermittlung von sportspezifischen Wissensbeständen, denn Wissen kann ohne den Rückgriff auf Fachtexte häufig nur oberflächlich und/oder flüchtig vermittelt werden. Auch stellt die Vermittlung von Wissen in allen Bewegungsfeldern einen fundamentalen Inhalt eines kompetenzorientierten Sportunterrichts dar.
Im Seminar soll die fachspezifische Bedeutung des Umgangs mit Texten in der Sekundarstufe I und II aufgezeigt werden. Es werden verschiedene Textarten, ihre Funktionen und Einsatzmöglichkeiten vorgestellt sowie unterschiedliche Methoden der Textvermittlung aufgezeigt. Hierbei sind Rezeption und Produktion von Texten bedeutsam. Im Seminar wollen wir die fachspezifischen Chancen und Probleme der Textvermittlung nicht nur im Seminarraum theoretisch betrachten, sondern auch vor dem Hintergrund der selbständigen Planung und Durchführung ausgewählter Praxisbeispiele in der Sporthalle evaluieren.
