300205 Soziologie der Ernährung (30-IndiForm) (S) (WiSe 2016/2017)

Das Seminar ist in vier inhaltlichen Blöcken (A-D) untergliedert.

Block A "Grundlagen der Ernährungssoziologie" wird in erste sozialwissenschaftliche Ausgangsfragen und soziologische Blickwinkel auf die kulturellen Funktionen und Strukturen von unterschiedlichen Ernährungspraktiken einführen.
In Block B "Ernährungs-Erziehung" wird ausgeführt, wie sich Ernährungspraktiken als habituelles, schicht- und milieuspezifisches Essverhalten in der Sozialisation von Kindern und Jugendlichen ausbildet.
Block C "Ernährungs-Bildung" nimmt den Bereich kulinarischer Wissensvermittlung in den Blick.
Im letzten Block D "Ernährung als Leistungs- und Karrierefaktor" werden aktuelle Diskurse Gegenstand der soziologischen Reflexion, in denen die Leistungsfähigkeit in sozialen Kontexten von Akteuren auf kulturelle Ernährungspraktiken zurückgebunden wird.
