The perception-action-cycle is a fundament building block of intelligent behavior of animals, humans and robots. The first part of the seminar will review current experimental and theoretical work from experimental psychology and cognitive neuroscience. The second part will focus on similarities and differences to the perception-action-cycle of intelligent technical systems such as mobile robots. It is expected that each participant will give a talk and guide a discussion section.
