Das Seminar dient der Vorbereitung auf eigene Unterrichtserfahrungen im Rahmen der in den Semesterferien stattfindenden schulpraktischen Studien. Zu diesem Zweck werden zunächst schulische Vorgaben gesichtet, um relevante Unterrichtsinhalte auszuwählen, die einer Sachanalyse unterzogen werden. Anschließend werden entsprechende Unterrichtsreihen sowohl inhaltlich als auch methodisch geplant sowie schließlich einander vorgestellt und gemeinsam diskutiert.
Eine Leistungsbescheinigung (BA- oder Master of Education-Studiengang) wird ausgestellt für ein Referat und die Mitarbeit an der Entwicklung von Unterrichtsreihen und deren Präsentation.
