230391 Elektronisch vermittelte Kommunikation (S) (WiSe 2016/2017)

Die interpersonale Kommunikation mittels elektronischer Medien ist ein fester Bestandteil unseres Alltags. Die Verschmelzung von zeitgleicher und zeitversetzter Kommunikation, von Mündlichkeit und Schriftlichkeit sowie der parallelen Adressierung von Informationen an Einzelpersonen und an ein disperses Publikum führt jedoch zu einem komplexen Phänomen, das von klassischen (psycho)linguistischen Theorien schwer zu erfassen ist. Im ersten Teil des Seminars betrachten wir die medienspezifischen Merkmale von Chats, Foren, Blogs etc. und aktuelle linguistische Analysen. Im zweiten Teil unternehmen wir den Versuch, psycholinguistische Theorien der Sprachproduktion und des Sprachverstehens auf diese Kommunikationsformen zu übertragen. Die Seminarteilnehmer werden zu einer wissenschaftlich reflektierten Auseinandersetzung mit dem Phänomen befähigt.
