In diesem Seminar soll es um Schule als Arbeitsplatz und Unterricht als Handlungsfeld gehen. Entlang der Teilnehmer*inneninteressen können in diesem Spannungsfeld Themen untergebracht werden wie beispielsweise: Erwartungen und Anforderungen an den Lehrer*innenberuf, seine Geschichte und aktuelle schulpolitische Entwicklungen, aber auch Lehrer*innenverhalten oder/und berufsbiografische Ansätze

Requirements for participation, required level

Studienleistungen können erbracht werden über Portfoliobeiträge oder die Teilnahme an Gruppenarbeiten inkl. Präsentation der Gruppenergebnisse (Umfang: schriftliche Beiträge bis zu 1200 Wörter; Umfang mündliche Beiträge p.P. 20 Min.)
