Expositions- bzw. Reizkonfrontationsverfahren sowie kognitive Verfahren sind wichtige Bestandteile der kognitiven Verhaltenstherapie und gelten insbesondere bei der Behandlung von affektiven und Angststörungen als Methode der Wahl. Das Seminar „Anwendung kognitiv-verhaltenstherapeutischer Interventionsmethoden in der psychotherapeutischen Praxis“ soll einen Einblick in die praktische Umsetzung manualisierter Therapiebausteine geben. Dabei sollen an Fallbeispielen Möglichkeiten der Vorbereitung auf sowie die Durchführung von Interventionsmethoden im klinischen Alltag dargestellt und auf störungsspezifische und interpersonelle Schwierigkeiten eingegangen werden. Einzelne Interventionsmethoden sollen anschließend im Rahmen von Rollenspielen in Kleingruppen eingeübt werden.
