Dieses Seminar bietet eine praxisorientierte Einführung in die Welt der berufsbezogenen Kompetenzdiagnostik. Die Studierenden lernen theoretische Grundlagen und wissenschaftliche Qualitätskriterien (Gütekriterien) moderner Testverfahren kennen. Im Fokus steht die praktische Anwendung: Ausgewählte Instrumente zur Messung von Fachwissen, Soft Skills und beruflichen Interessen werden im Kurs selbst erprobt und ausgewertet. Ziel ist es, die Aussagekraft solcher Tests kritisch zu reflektieren und deren Einsatz in der Personalauswahl sowie der Berufsberatung zu verstehen.
