In diesem Seminar setzen wir uns mit Theorien des Prüfens und Testens in Deutsch als Fremd- und Zweitsprache auseinander. Wir besprechen verschiedene Testformate und -situationen sowie ihre Qualitätsmerkmale und Gütekriterien. Ein besonderes Augenmerk liegt auf der Analyse der Modalitäten und Funktionsweisen von sprachlichen Hochschulzugangsprüfungen für Studienbewerber:innen mit ausländischer HZB (High-Stakes-Prüfungen wie TestDaF, telc und DSH), da es sich bei dieser um eine wachsende Zielgruppe handelt (Heublein et al. 2024).
Ziel des Seminars ist es, ein vertieftes Verständnis für die Komplexität der Prüfverfahren zu entwickeln und sie auch mit Blick auf den aktuellen Forschungsstand (kritisch) einordnen zu können.
Ebenfalls werden wir über Vor- und Nachteile von digitalen Prüfungsformaten diskutieren und uns mit Trends und Entwicklungen im Bereich der Sprachtests, einschließlich der Verwendung von KI, beschäftigen.
Zu Beginn des Seminars wird eine ausführliche Literaturliste bereitgestellt, die relevante Forschungsliteratur zum Testen, Prüfen und Bewerten im Fremdsprachenunterricht umfasst.
