Lehrveranstaltung im Kernbereich des SPB 2 (Wirtschaftsrechtsberatung) und im Ergänzungsgebiet Unternehmensrecht.
Die Veranstaltung beschäftigt sich mit dem Recht der Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung. Die Grundlagen des GmbH-Rechts werden vermittelt, wobei auch auf die aktuelle Rechtsprechung des BGH eingegangen wird. Es wird ein vorlesungsbegleitendes Skript mit Literaturhinweisen zum Zweck der Nacharbeit herausgegeben.
Für Studierende, die noch nicht nach der StudPrO 2012 studieren, wird eine SPB-Hausarbeit angeboten, die nach der vorlesungsfreien Zeit des Sommersemesters zu bearbeiten ist.
