Dieses Seminar hat sowohl die Erarbeitung theoretischer Grundlagen der Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung als auch die Diskussion von praktischen Konsequenzen zum Ziel. Es werden nacheinander unterschiedliche theoretische Zugänge in den Blick genommen und auf ihre Relevanz für die Disziplin der Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung befragt. Theorie-Praxisbezüge werden hinsichtlich von unterschiedlichen pädagogischen Handlungsfeldern diskutiert.
Es wird erwartet, dass sich die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer regelmäßig und aktiv am Seminar beteiligen und bereit sind, sich eine Theorieperspektive zu erschließen, in einen Text einzuführen und eine Diskussion dazu anzuregen.
