Das Thema „richtig Führen“ gewinnt immer größere Bedeutung in Unternehmen und Organisationen. Doch was bedeutet es überhaupt „richtig zu führen“? Und wie können sich theoretische Konzepte zu Führung auf die Praxis übertragen lassen? Wie sieht destruktive Führung aus und wie wirkt diese sich aus das Team aus? Wie hängen Führung und Wohlbefinden/Gesundheit zusammen? Wie können Führungskräfte ihr Team gesundheitsorientiert führen und wie sieht es mit dem Wohlbefinden von Führungskräften aus?
Die Inhalte des Seminars werden sowohl in Präsenzphasen als auch im Selbststudium erarbeitet. Vorgesehene Arbeitsformen sind die Kleingruppenarbeit und das eigenständige Arbeiten. Das Seminar ist zu einem großen Teil literaturbasiert. Zur Vorbereitung auf die Sitzungen wird wissenschaftliche Literatur in Form von englischsprachigen Journalartikeln oder wissenschaftlichen Buchkapiteln gelesen. Im Seminar wird das Wissen weiter vertieft und diskutiert. Das Gelernte wird auf praktische Fragestellungen angewendet. Im Seminar finden Diskussionen im Plenum, Einzelarbeit und Gruppenarbeit oder die Bearbeitung von Aufgaben zu zweit statt.Lernziele sind unter anderem:
• Wissenserwerb zum Thema Führung (Grundlagen)
• Umgang mit wissenschaftlicher Primärliteratur (effizientes Lesen, kritische Reflexion, Herstellung von Zusammenhängen)
• Erarbeitung und Präsentation von Lösungsalternativen für praktische Fragestellungen
