610112 Gestalten, Tanzen, Darstellen II/ Aerobic/Stepaerobic (GK) (SoSe 2016)

Contents, comment

Neben dem Erproben der Aerobic/Stepaerobic als Fitnesssportart, geht es in dieser Veranstaltung um das Stepaerobic-Training als Gestaltungssportart, also konkret um das Erlernen der Basisschritte bis hin zur (gemeinsamen) Entwicklung längerer Choreographien, die in spätere Arbeitsfelder übernommen werden können. Dabei werden u.a. auch Unterrichtsvorhaben für unterschiedliche Klassenstufen vorgestellt, auszugsweise praktisch erprobt und reflektiert. Des Weiteren werden Trendsportarten aus dem Bereich der Aerobic/Fitness (z.B. Zumba, Bokwa, Tae-Bo-Aerobic) ausprobiert, wobei stets ein konkreter Bezug zum Einsatz in der Schule hergestellt werden soll.
