Diese Lehrveranstaltung zielt darauf ab, in Theorien und Forschung zu Bildungs- und Sozialisationsprozessen in der frühen Kindheit (0–6 Jahre) einzuführen. Im Seminar wird hierzu die Bedeutung verschiedener Kontexte und Institutionen der frühen Kindheit wie der Familie, Tageseinrichtungen und Peers für die kognitive, emotionale, soziale und sprachliche Entwicklung von Kindern in den Blick genommen. Ein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Auseinandersetzung mit grundlegenden Theorien der Sozialisation von Kindern sowie deren Bedeutung im Kontext der frühen Bildung. Darüber hinaus werden empirische Studien zu Themen wie Migration, Mehrsprachigkeit, kulturelle Vielfalt, soziale Ungleichheit und Geschlecht diskutiert. Nach erfolgreicher Teilnahme verfügen die Studierenden über ein fundiertes Verständnis zentraler bildungs- und sozialisationstheoretischer Ansätze im Hinblick auf die frühe Kindheit und können Prozesse der sozialen Teilhabe von Kindern reflektiert und kritisch beurteilen.

Bu ders, erken çocukluk döneminde (0-6 yaş) eğitim ve sosyalleşme süreçlerine ilişkin teoriler ve araştırmalar konusunda bilgi vermeyi amaçlamaktadır. Seminerde, aile, gündüz bakım kurumları ve akran grupları gibi erken çocukluk döneminin çeşitli bağlamlarının ve kurumlarının, çocukların bilişsel, duygusal, sosyal ve dilsel gelişimleri üzerindeki önemi ele alınmaktadır. Odak noktalarından biri, çocukların sosyalleşmesine ilişkin temel teorilerin ve bunların erken eğitim bağlamındaki öneminin incelenmesidir. Bunun yanı sıra, göç, çokdillilik, kültürel çeşitlilik, sosyal eşitsizlik ve toplumsal cinsiyet gibi konulara ilişkin ampirik çalışmalar tartışılmaktadır. Dersi başarıyla tamamlayan öğrenciler, erken çocukluk dönemiyle ilgili merkezi eğitim ve sosyalleşme kuramsal yaklaşımları hakkında derinlemesine bir anlayışa sahip olacak ve çocukların sosyal katılım süreçlerini bilinçli ve eleştirel bir şekilde değerlendirebileceklerdir.
