Das Seminar führt in zentrale theoretische Perspektiven auf Lehr-Lernprozesse in der Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung ein und verbindet diese mit der Analyse konkreter institutioneller Lernarrangements unter Bedingungen gesellschaftlicher und digitaler Transformation. Ausgangspunkt ist ein Verständnis von Lehr-Lernprozessen als relationale und kontextgebundene Gefüge: Lernen wird als Zusammenspiel von Lernenden, Lehrenden, Inhalten sowie organisationalen und gesellschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen gefasst, das auf bestimmten Annahmen über Lernen und Bildung basiert.
Das Seminar ist analytisch und anwendungsorientiert angelegt: Studierende arbeiten mit theoretischen Texten, analysieren konkrete Beispiele aus der Weiterbildungspraxis und übernehmen in Kleingruppen analytische Impulse, in denen sie theoretische Perspektiven mit empirischen Fällen verknüpfen. Ziel ist es, Lehr-Lernprozesse als theoriegeleitete und zugleich kontextgebundene Praxis zu verstehen und systematisch analysieren zu können.
