The first part of the seminar deals with fundamental theoretical assumptions of attachment research and their empirical basis. The second part focuses on the practical applications of attachment research in childhood, such as interventions to strengthen attachment security and the role of the quality of childcare. The third part deals with attachment styles in adulthood and their role in the quality of romantic relationships and mental health.
