Nach dem Seminar können Sie- das SOAP-Schema zur strukturierten mündlichen Fallvorstellung für Patient*innen anwenden.
- verschiedene Entscheidungsstrategien wie z.B. abwartendes Offenhalten, Erkennen von Red Flags und abwendbar gefährlicher Verläufe (AGV) u.a. im Kontext der hausärztlichen Versorgung anwenden und begründen.
Dieses Seminar dient der Nachbereitung des Blockpraktikums II sowie dem Start der Longitudinalen Patient*innenbegleitung II (LongPat II). Im Mittelpunkt steht der Austausch: Die Studierenden stellen sich gegenseitig die im Praktikum dokumentierten Patient*innenfälle im SOAP-Format vor und reflektieren ihre Erfahrungen. Ergänzend werden typische Entscheidungsprozesse in der hausärztlichen Versorgung gemeinsam analysiert und besprochen. Zum Abschluss gibt es einen Ausblick auf die weiteren LongPat-Kontakte im 2. Studienabschnitt.
