In der Veranstaltung soll zunächst ein Überblick über die für die Soziale Arbeit bedeutsamen Rechtsquellen sowie ein Einstieg in die Grundbegriffe und wesentlichen Prinzipien des Rechts gegeben werden. Aufbauend auf dieser Einführung werden für die Soziale Arbeit relevante Fragen des Familien- und Betreuungsrechts vertieft behandelt.
