Die Studierenden lernen im Praktikum gezielte
Stammentwicklungen zu planen und mit gentechnische
Methoden durchzuführen. Die geplanten Arbeiten, vor allem
die gentechnischen Strategien, werden ausführlich
protokolliert, schriftlich dargestellt und vor der praktischen
Umsetzung gemeinsam diskutiert. Im Seminar wird den
Studierenden u.a. die Gelegenheit geboten, mittels eines
Vortrages und einer anschließenden Diskussion, die
wissenschaftlichen Hintergründe über ein Thema das zur
Aufgabenstellung des Praktikums passt, zu reflektieren und
veröffentlichte Forschungsergebnisse anderer Arbeitsgruppen
einzuschätzen.
