Das Seminar soll sozialisationstheoretische Grundlagen zum Verständnis des Zusammanhangs von Sozialisation und Ungleichheit vermitteln. Dabei steht im Mittelpunkt, wie in der Disziplingeschichte der Einfluss von unterschiedlichen Umwelten auf die Persönlichkeitsentwicklung gesehen wurde, welche Theorien der Sozialisation zur Verfügung stehen und welche empirische Basis die ungleichheitsorientierte Sozialisationsforschung besitzt.
