Allgemeine Didaktik beschäftigt sich mit den Grundlagen der Vermittlung. Im Seminar soll die eigene Professionalisierung zum Lehrer/zur Lehrerin anhand einer Analyse von Lehr- und Lerntypen im Anschluss an Andreas Gruschka reflektiert werden. Hierzu werden die Lehr- und Lerntypen zunächst gemeinsam erarbeitet, um einen gemeinsamen Gegenstand der Vermittlung zu haben, der dann wiederum in Gruppenarbeiten in konkrete Unterrichtsplanungen übersetzt werden soll. Diese Unterrichtsplanungen werden dann wiederum gemeinsam vor dem Hintergrund der Ansprüche einer allgemeinen Didaktik reflektiert.

Requirements for participation, required level

Teilnehmer/innen sollten dazu in der Lage sein, das zwar verständliche, aber für den Lehrberuf wenig hilfreiche Bedürfnis nach Unterrichtsrezepten und "schnelle Lösungen" zurückzustellen, um sich kritisch-reflexiv darauf einlassen zu können, pädagogisches Handeln als widersprüchliches und komplexes Handeln zu begreifen, das nur dann human und aufklärerisch wirken kann, wenn im eigenen professionellen Selbstverständnis solche widersprüchlichen Anforderungen konstruktiv bearbeitet werden können.
