270067 Praxis der Traumatherapie (BS) (WiSe 2015/2016)

Wir werden uns zunächst den aktuellen Entwicklungen und Ansätzen der Therapie Posttraumatischer Belastungsstörungen widmen und uns in diesem Seminar mit den theoretischen Grundlagen und dem praktischen Vorgehen dieser Ansätze vertraut machen. Vorgestellt und diskutiert werden v.a. traumafokussierende Therapieansätze (z.B. CPT, EMDR, PE, NET, etc.), da hier die meiste Evidenz für Wirksamkeit vorliegt. Der Schwerpunkt des Praxisseminars wird jedoch auf der schrittweisen Einführung der Narrativen Expositionstherapie (NET) zur Behandlung der PTBS liegen. Wir werden uns anhand von Demonstrationen, Rollenspielen und Kleingruppenübungen in allgemeinen und NET-spezifischen therapeutischen Techniken üben.
