Dieses Seminar hat sowohl die Erarbeitung theoretischer Perspektiven in der Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung als auch die Diskussion von praktischen Konsequenzen zum Ziel. Es werden nacheinander unterschiedliche theoretische Zugänge in den Blick genommen und auf ihre Relevanz für die Disziplin der Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung befragt. Theorie-Praxisbezüge können hinsichtlich unterschiedlicher Handlungsfelder diskutiert werden.
Es wird erwartet, dass sich die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer regelmäßig und aktiv am Seminar beteiligen und bereit sind, sich eine Theorieperspektive zu erschließen und in diese einzuführen.
