Der Bereiche der Weiterbildung und der Personalentwicklung erfahren derzeit weitreichende Umbrüche.
In dem Seminar setzten wir uns mit aktuellen und zukunftsorientierten Ansätzen der betrieblichen Weiterbildung und Personalentwicklung. auseinander. Zum anderen bilden Exkursionen zu öffentlichen und betrieblichen Weiterbildungseinrichtungen und Gespräche mit Vertreter:innen aus der Berufspraxis ein zentraler Bestandteil des Seminars.
