Die Betrachtung und Beurteilung dessen, was eine Kindeswohlgefährdung ausmacht, ist immer auch geprägt durch gesellschaftliche Diskurse und Aushandlungsprozesse. In dem Seminar begeben wir uns gemeinsam auf eine Suchbewegung und untersuchen antifeministische Argumentationsfiguren im Kontext von Kinderschutz, Kindeswohl und Familienrecht.
