Das Seminar „Lehrer*innenhandeln“ führt in die verschiedenen Handlungsbereiche und Anforderungen des Lehrer*innenberufs ein. Die Inhalte und Themenbereiche des Seminars orientieren sich an den Standards zur Lehrer*innenbildung der KMK. So werden beispielsweise im Handlungsbereich „Unterricht“ Modelle und Konzepte der Allgemeinen Didaktik betrachtet und diskutiert, im Handlungsbereich „Erziehen“ umfasst Themenbereiche des Classroom Managements und einer wertschätzenden Haltung in Erziehungssituationen unter Einbezug geeigneter Theorie-Praxis-Bezüge beleuchtet. Besondere Berücksichtigung finden Querschnittsthemen „Umgang mit Heterogenität“ und „Professionalisierung“, die sich als roter Faden durch die jeweiligen Seminarthemen ziehen.

Die Lektüre der Grundlagentexte wird zur aktiven Mitarbeit vorausgesetzt.
