In dem Seminar werden wir verschiedene Aspekte internationaler Weiterbildung erarbeiten.
Dabei wird es zunächst darum gehen, sich mit ausgewählten Weiterbildungssystemen verschiedener Regionen und Ländern vertraut zu machen und relevante Akteure der internationalen Weiterbildung zu identifizieren und deren Bildungsarbeit in den Blick zu nehmen. Ein besonderen Schwerpunkt wird auf die Weiterbildung in der Europäischen Union liegen
Im weiteren Verlauf werden theoretische Ansätze und Konzepte vorgestellt, die die internationale Debatte in der Weiterbildung geprägt haben. Ebenso werden forschungsmethodische Aspekte internationaler und vergleichender Weiterbildungsforschung thematisiert.
Abschließend wird die internationale Bildungskooperation als Herausforderung für das Managementhandeln und der internationaler Personalentwicklung beleuchtet.
Das Einbringen eigener ausländischer Sprach- und Länderkenntnisse ist ausdrücklich erwünscht.
Der Seminarplan und weitergehende Literaturhinweise werden in der ersten Seminarsitzung am 16.4 vorgestellt.
