Im Zusammenhang mit der Umsetzung inklusiver Bildung nimmt an allgemeinen Schulen pädagogische Diagnostik sowie nehmen diagnostischen Kompetenzen der dortigen Lehrkräfte an Bedeutung zu. Aktuelle Bildungsstudien (IQB 2022, PISA 2022) zeigen einen negativen Trend in den Basiskompetenzen Deutsch und Mathematik von Kindern- und Jugendlichen, der bis in die weiterführende Schule nachwirkt. Hier stellt sich die Frage, was sich hinter den Begriffen pädagogische Diagnostik und inklusive Diagnostik verbirgt und wie sie sich von anderen Formen der Diagnostik (z. B. sonderpädagogische Diagnostik) unterscheidet. Gleichzeitig geht es um die Wirksamkeit von Diagnostik im schulischen Alltag. In dem Blockseminar werden zunächst grundsätzliche Aspekte und Herausforderungen pädagogischer Diagnostik in schulischen Arbeitsfeldern thematisiert. Zusätzlich erarbeiten wir was empirisch belegte diagnostische Kompetenzen von Lehrkräften ausmacht. Dies erfolgt unter der Zielsetzung ein an die zentralen Forderungen des Inklusionsdiskurses anschlussfähigem Verständnis von Diagnostik. Zentrales Thema ist dabei die Lernverlaufsdiagnostik zur Abgrenzung anderer Formen kategorial-selektiver Diagnostik. Ein Schwerpunkt wird auf den Basiskompetenzen Deutsch und Mathematik liegen.
