Das Seminar vermittelt Grundlagen und Herausforderungen der multiprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit in Schule und Jugendhilfe. Der Fokus liegt auf der Kooperation zwischen Lehrkräften, Schulsozialarbeit und weiteren Fachkräften zur Unterstützung von Schüler:innen.

Inhalte:
• Grundlagen und Herausforderungen der Kooperation
• Beratungsansätze und Methoden
• Rollenverständnisse und Aufgaben
• Kommunikationsstrategien
• Praxisbeispiele und Lösungsansätze
• Gastvorträge von Expert:innen aus der Praxis
• Arbeitsfelder in der Jugendhilfe und ihre Verknüpfung mit dem schulischen Kontext

Methoden:
• Theorieinputs
• Gruppenarbeiten und Fallanalysen
• Praxisnahe Diskussionen
• Gastvorträge mit interaktiven Elementen

Ziele: Die Teilnehmenden:
• verstehen die Bedeutung der multiprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit,
• kennen verschiedene Beratungsansätze,
• reflektieren eigene Rollenbilder und Kommunikationsstrategien,
• erwerben praxisnahe Kompetenzen für die Zusammenarbeit,
• kennen relevanter Arbeitsfelder der Jugendhilfe und deren Schnittstellen zur Schule.

M.Ed. UFP: Voraussetzung ist die Einschreibung im Master of Education, Unterrichtsfach Pädagogik im SoSe 2025
M.Ed. HRSGe: Voraussetzung ist die Einschreibung im Master of Education HRSGe im SoSe 2025
M.Ed. ISP SF: Voraussetzung ist die Einschreibung im Master of Education - Erziehungswissenschaft Integrierte Sonderpädagogik mit dem Berufsziel Lehramt für sonderpädagogische Förderung im SoSe 2025
