Im Seminar sollen grundlegende Fähigkeiten zur Übersetzung lateinischer Texte aus dem Bereich der Dichtung anhand von Tibulls Elegien vermittelt und eingeübt werden.
Die Veranstaltung bereitet auf den entsprechenden Teil der Modulabschlussklausur am Semesterende vor.

Textgrundlage ist die Oxfordausgabe von Postgate. Diese muß nicht angeschafft werden. Die Texte werden im Seminar bereit gestellt.
