Das Seminar behandelt Fragestellungen, Methoden und Ergebnisse der sprachwissenschaftlichen Analyse von Texten und Gesprächen in massenmedialen Kontexten und im Zusammenhang mit interpersonal-öffentlicher Kommunikation in sozialen Medien. Anhand vieler aktueller und authentischer Beispiele soll deutlich werden, wie Text- und Gesprächslinguistik, Stilistik und Soziolinguistik, Diskursanalyse und Semiotik mit ihren jeweils spezifischen Zugängen zum Verständnis von Sprache und Diskurs der Massenmedien/sozialen Medien beitragen.
