Wir lesen gemeinsam Thomas Vesting "Die Medien des Rechts". Das setzt die Fähigkeit und die Bereitschaft voraus, wöchentlich ca. 70 Seiten Lektüre zu bewältigen.

Sehr gute Kenntnisse der soziologischen Theorie sind notwendig, ebenso rechtssoziologische Kenntnis auf dem Niveau des MA-Seminars "Rechtssoziologie".
