300016 Hochschule(n) als Organisation (S) (SoSe 2016)

Hochschulen zeichnen sich gewissermaßen grundlegend durch eine Doppelrolle bzw. Doppelfunktion aus: Zum einen können Hochschulen als soziale Institutionen betrachtet werden und zum anderen als Organisationen; wobei Hochschulen als Organisationen zugleich dem Wissenschafts- und dem Erziehungssystem zugeordnet werden können. Vor diesem Hintergrund stellt sich somit die Frage, wie Hochschulen als Organisation(en) aufzufassen und theoretisch zu konzeptionalisieren sind. Dieser Frage widmet sich das Seminar im Rahmen einer grundlegenden Einführung. Neben klassischen Ansätzen werden hierbei auch neuere und neue Konzeptionen zu(r) Hoschule(n) als Organisation diskutiert.
