220317 Gut Ermelinghoff im Münsterland. Methoden zur Erschließung eines Familienarchivs (S) (SoSe 2025)

Im Seminar werden wir historisches Material aus dem Familienarchiv Ermelinghoff erschließen und dazu digitale Methoden nutzen. Grundlage für die Transkription des Materials aus dem 18. und 19. Jahrhundert wird die automatische Handschriftenerkennung sein, die Transkribus zur Verfügung stellt. Außerdem werden zu einzelnen Texten und Textsammlungen im Seminar Kommentare erstellt und dann zusammen mit den Transkriptionen auf einer digitalen Plattform der Öffentlichkeit zur Verfügung gestellt.
Das Seminar ist Teil eines laufenden Digitalisierungsprojekts und wird sich in diesem Semester mit Dokumenten beschäftigen, die rund um den Zeitpunkt der Veräußerung des Guts 1768/88 entstanden sind, um die Umstände dieses Prozesses zu beleuchten.
