Das Seminar befasst sich mit ausgewählten gesellschaftlichen Konflikten. Dazu diskutieren die Teilnehmer*innen mit welchen Konflikten sie sich beschäftigen möchten. Auf der Grundalge der Auswahl werden unter Hinzunahme der Literatur aus der Konfliktforschung die Ursachen, Ausdrucksformen und Folgen diskutiert. Ein Thema soll auch das Konfliktmanagement und Ansätze aus der Praxis der Konfliktbearbeitung sein. Mögliche Themenfelder stehen im Ablaufplan.
