Dieses Seminar hat zum Ziel, sowohl die Erarbeitung theoretischer Grundlagen des Lernens im Erwachsenenalter als auch die Bedeutung für das Lehren zu erarbeiten. Ausgehend von didaktischen Handlungsfeldern der Weiterbildung sollen jeweils die Spezifika, die sich an Lehrende und Lernende in Weiterbildungskontexten ergeben, expliziert werden. Unterschiedliche Lehr-Lernformen werden jeweils aus der Vermittlungs- sowie aus der Aneignungsperspektive reflektiert. Auf dieser Basis wird in zielgruppenspezifische Lernarrangements eingeführt.
Es wird erwartet, dass sich die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer regelmäßig und aktiv am Seminar beteiligen und bereit sind die Gestaltung einer Seminareinheit zu übernehmen.
