Die Übungen zur Toxikologie umfassen Experimente / Experimentgruppen mit einem Zeitbedarf von jeweils etwa 6 h (30 h insgesamt). Dosis- / Effektkurven an isolierten Targetproteinen und Zellen, Nachweis reaktiver Sauerstoffspezies durch 'Cell Imaging'-Verfahren, Wirkungs- und Vitalitätstests, Toxizitätsscreening verschiedener Wirksubstanzen, Akkumulations- und Rückstandsanalyse mittels HPLC-LC-MS, Markerquantifizierung und weitere (öko-)toxikologische Analyseverfahren.
