Konzepte sonderpädagogischer Förderung in verschiedenen Ländern werden unter der Leitperspektive der Inklusion vergleichend analysiert. Dabei stehen insbesondere die europäischen Länder sowie Kanada und die USA im Fokus. Unterschiedliche Strukturen und Institutionen, Formen sonderpädagogischer Diagnostik und Unterstützung, Methoden und Prozesse der Zusammenarbeit werden in Expertengruppen erarbeitet und vorgestellt. Die Bereitschaft zur aktiven Beteiligung und Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Studierenden wird voraus gesetzt.

Das Seminar wird für Studierende des Masterstudiengangs Sonderpädagogik angeboten. Eine begrenzte Teilnehmerzahl von 5 Studierenden des Studiengangs Europa intensiv wird zugelassen.
